5-HTP is derived from Tryptophan and converted into serotonin, a crucial neurotransmitter involved in nerve cell signalling and melatonin production for proper sleep cycles.

HOW TO TAKE:

1-2 capsules daily, or as directed.

Up to 600mg per day may be taken, although loose stools may result from higher doses.
