Folate Ultra is a combination of folate (calcium-L-methylfolate, the most bioavailable form), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).

Folate contributes to normal amino acid synthesis and to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Folate, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal function of the immune system, to normal psychological function, to normal homocysteine metabolism, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
