MetaLipoate Tablets has undergone a minor reformulation - The form of Alpha-Lipoic Acid used in MetaLipoate has changed to R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (sodium) which is a more stable and bioavailable form of Alpha Lipoic Acid. Therefore the amount of Alpha Lipoic Acid has been reduced to 200mg per tablet. Croscarmellose sodium has been replaced with sodium carboxymethylcelluose.
