Astragalus root (Astragalus membranaceus) is a plant traditionally used in China and eastern Asia. Its active ingredients are made up of a combination of polysaccharides, triterpenes, glucosides, flavonoids, amino acids and trace minerals. New Roots' Astralagus is a standardised extract which guarantees 16% of polysaccharides. Each capsule contains 500 mg of the astragalus root extract, which equates to 8 000 mg of root, thus making our product one of the most powerful on the market.
